PCA is seeking a Third Shift Production Worker to support a manufacturing operation in Columbus, Indiana. You will work 11 PM to 7 AM Monday–Friday with overtime, collaborating with teammates to boost productivity, reduce downtime and waste, and follow all safety policies.

Starting pay is $20.97 per hour plus annual performance-based bonus, with paid vacation, holidays and a 401(k) with employer matching. Equal opportunity employer; training provided.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs. for up to 12 hours.
