Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Columbus, Indiana box plant on the second shift (3PM-11PM) with overtime opportunities. You will diagnose, repair, rebuild and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and Pneumatic systems to keep equipment running.

We seek 2+ years of troubleshooting industrial machinery; a technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus. Join a team committed to safety, training, and steady skill advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• Work as part of a multicraft team to develop skills and improve reliability.
