Job summary

Randstad USA in Spartanburg, SC, seeks a 2nd shift Electrical Multi-Craft Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair production machinery and facility systems. You will drive uptime through preventive maintenance and rapid emergency repairs across plant equipment.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, and the ability to read schematics, work with PLCs, drives, HMIs, and related control systems on a 2nd shift in Spartanburg,

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
5+ years in industrial maintenance with 2+ years electrical maintenance.
Proficient with 480V systems, PLCs, AC/DC drives, HMIs, relays.
Experience with conveyors, belts, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment.
Diagnose electrical/mechanical problems and repair parts to minimize downtime.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled emergency repairs.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with maintenance team on priority tasks.
