Georgia-Pacific's Kansas City, Missouri, facility is hiring a third-shift Corrugator Supervisor to lead a dynamic team on the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift, Monday–Friday.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and operational excellence while coaching a range of experienced and newer team members towards high performance. Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety excellence by promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability; identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership on the operating floor and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production, and interpersonal communication.
• Minimize waste at machine centers and ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure high-quality, on-time production.
• Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and close performance gaps with action plans.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for all hourly production employees; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
