Georgia-Pacific is hiring Production Associates for our Corrugated facility in Kansas City, MO. The role involves operating equipment to strict standards, monitoring control systems, and supporting safe, efficient production.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with potential overtime, holidays, and weekends. Compensation includes hourly pay with shift differentials and opportunities for pay increases based on skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military environments.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or input data into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to help meet production, waste, quality and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules and wear safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours daily in a loud, industrial environment.
