Job summary

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Sr. Supervisor of Assembly for a union manufacturing operation. The role leads the third-shift assembly team and has room to build the team and grow a small shift into a stronger one.

The schedule is fully onsite, 3rd shift (11pm–7am), Sunday night through Friday morning, with a direct hire opportunity and full benefits. Pay starts around $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years supervisory/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong assembly process knowledge and equipment familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and ADP timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant floor environment.
• Assign hourly workers to daily tasks aligned with schedules.
• Set daily and project goals for the shift.
• Lead daily assembly dept activities and ensure quality.
• Build teams and staff work centers to meet productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and workflow.
• Coach and develop hourly employees; resolve issues.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts.
• Build relationships with hourly staff and union officers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support growth.
• Administer policies, attendance, and investigations.
• Maintain accurate time/attendance in ADP and SAP.
