Job summary

Bird Staffing is hiring Production Operators for the 3rd shift to assemble automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will follow work instructions, inspect parts, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily production goals.

Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and complete 1-2 weeks of training on the 1st shift before moving to the 3rd shift. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be able to complete 1-2 weeks of training on 1st shift before moving to the 3rd shift schedule.
