4 Corner Resources is hiring a Sr. Supervisor of Assembly for a union manufacturing operation. The role leads the third-shift assembly team and has room to build the team and grow a small shift into a stronger one.

The schedule is fully onsite, 3rd shift (11pm–7am), Sunday night through Friday morning, with a direct hire opportunity and full benefits. Pay starts around $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years supervisory/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong assembly process knowledge and equipment familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and ADP timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

The team has skilled hourly staff but no dedicated leader right now, so there’s room to build it the way you want and grow a small shift into a stronger one.

Sr. Supervisor of Assembly Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment on the floor
• Assign hourly employees to daily tasks that support manufacturing schedules
• Set and communicate daily and project goals for the shift
• Lead daily assembly department activities and keep work quality on track
• Build effective teams and staff work centers to meet productivity and utilization goals
• Drive continuous improvement in department processes and workflow
• Coach, train, and develop hourly employees and resolve issues as they come up
• Keep communication clear and consistent across shifts
• Build strong working relationships with hourly employees and union officers
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
• Administer company policies, including attendance and disciplinary investigations
• Maintain accurate time and attendance in ADP and SAP

Sr. Supervisor of Assembly Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, or 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with some leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and manufacturing equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with SAP and timekeeping systems such as ADP

Sr. Supervisor of Assembly Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in metalworking, machine shop, or mechanical assembly
• Supervisory experience in a union environment
• A mix of technical depth and people leadership
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field

Sr. Supervisor of Assembly Details:

• Schedule: Fully onsite, 3rd shift, 11pm to 7am, Sunday night through Friday morning
• Team: Leads the 3rd shift assembly crew
• Pay: starting around $85,000
