Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans and governance calendars for Third-Party Oversight initiatives.
• Coordinate program activities, meeting schedules, and deliverables across risk, controls, and technology teams.
• Prepare agendas, decisions, and materials; create concise PowerPoint presentations for governance forums.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; follow up with owners and escalate delays.
• Maintain documentation repositories and support change management and adoption activities.
• Coordinate status updates and summarize progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve program governance and tools.
