Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project or program coordination, PMO support, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with executive-ready presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining project plans and logs.
• Experience supporting project governance, tracking actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans, workstream schedules, governance calendars, and delivery roadmaps for Third-Party Oversight initiatives.
• Coordinate program activities, stakeholder inputs, meeting schedules, and deliverables across business, risk, controls, technology, and program teams.
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials, document decisions and actions, and create concise PowerPoint presentations for management and governance forums.
• Track actions, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments; follow up with owners and escalate delays.
• Maintain decision logs and project documentation to support effective program execution.
• Support change management and adoption planning across stakeholders.
• Coordinate status updates and summarize progress for senior stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve governance and ways of working.
• Assist in issue resolution by organizing working sessions and documenting outcomes.
• Promote use of PMO standards, templates, and documentation across workstreams.
• Support broader Third-Party Oversight initiatives and special projects.
