JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Associate within the Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) program in Jersey City, NJ. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and implement risk‑aware project governance across diverse stakeholders.

You will define success criteria, manage detailed plans, track milestones, and deliver data‑driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
Experience with process improvement and driving efficiency in financial services or tech.
Proven ability to apply analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills to deliver projects.
Experience managing technology‑centric projects with data-driven analyses for leadership.
Strong executive-level written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

Manage multiple projects from inception through closure.
Define success criteria and measure progress against benchmarks.
Create and execute detailed project plans (Excel/MS Project/PowerPoint).
Engage stakeholders in requirements sessions, feedback sessions, and user groups.
Manage issue tracking, escalation, and risk monitoring.
Develop communications and project artifacts to support delivery.
Report project status to stakeholders using standard formats.
Collaborate with CTPO SMEs, LOB contacts, and Product/Tech/Control/Data teams to prioritize activities.
Advocate standard risk-control principles to ensure firm safety.
