Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management, supplier governance, or third-party risk management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting third-party relationships.
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and remediation activities.
• Strong contract governance and lifecycle management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret risk assessments and due diligence outputs for decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive-ready communication, and project management.

Responsabilités

• Support a portfolio of third-party supplier engagements from onboarding through termination.
• Maintain supplier inventory records and portfolio documentation, monitor risks and remediation progress.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including risk assessments and due diligence.
• Drive cross-functional reviews and document inputs/approvals across partner teams.
• Support engagement from Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Architecture, Legal, and Finance review teams.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Track renewal timelines and manage remediation and exit activities.
• Identify and manage operational, cybersecurity, concentration, and resilience risks; support audit readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for business owners and supplier stakeholders; present risks and portfolio updates to senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance to ensure sub-processor relationships are monitored and records updated.
