Job summary

Teapulse in New York is seeking a hands-on Third-Party Delivery Operations Specialist to manage delivery platform operations across nine New York locations, coordinate promotions, and collaborate with store teams to grow delivery sales.

You will optimize menu, pricing, photos, and hours on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub; monitor performance; support new stores; and resolve order issues while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in delivery platform operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with delivery merchant portals such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the restaurant, food & beverage, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on third-party delivery platforms, including menus, pricing, photos, item availability, and store hours.
• Coordinate with platform account managers on promotions, marketing opportunities, and operational issues.
• Monitor sales and promotional performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Support new store openings through platform onboarding, menu setup, and launch promotions.
• Work with store teams to resolve order issues and improve the delivery customer experience.
• Be willing to learn other responsibilities and take on ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
