Teapulse in Manhattan, NY is hiring enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. No prior barista experience is required as paid training is provided, and you’ll work with a friendly team to craft beverages following company recipes and standards.

We value reliability, punctuality, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to advance into Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager roles.

Qualifications

• No prior barista experience required; paid training provided.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for customer service and team communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and positive, with the ability to follow recipes and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for reliable, friendly, and team-oriented Baristas to join our Manhattan team. No prior barista experience required — paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $17.50–$19.50/hour, commensurate with experience, plus tips.
