Job summary

Teapulse, a modern tea atelier in Farmingdale, NY, seeks a dependable Delivery Driver to support JD Manufacturing and Distribution. You will safely operate delivery vehicles, verify and deliver orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely store replenishment.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license and 2 years of delivery experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong English communication. The role requires commuting to 175 Price Pkwy, Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements.
• 2 years of professional delivery or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Candidate should communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles on assigned routes and follow daily delivery schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; check tires, lights, fluids, and safety equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Verify, load, secure, and organize orders by route or store; double-check quantities and handling requirements before departure.
• Deliver ingredients, packaging, supplies and equipment accurately and on time; unload products at designated store receiving areas.
• Obtain signatures, proof-of-delivery records, photos, and return documentation; record shortages, damage, refusals, or discrepancies.
• Communicate traffic delays, route changes, incidents, missed deliveries, and customer concerns promptly.
• Follow traffic laws, company driving policies, parking and loading rules, food-safety, sanitation, and cargo-security requirements.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized, maintain fuel and mileage records, and assist with warehouse picking, staging, and loading when not on route.

JD Manufacturing and Distribution (JD M&D) supports Teapulse's growing store network by receiving, storing, preparing, and delivering ingredients, packaging, supplies, and equipment. We are seeking a safe, dependable, and service-minded Delivery Driver who will help keep store deliveries accurate, secure, professional, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles on assigned routes and follow daily delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle; acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• 2 years of professional delivery or commercial driving experience preferred; cargo van, box truck, or local route experience is a plus.
• Must reliably commute to 175 Price Pkwy, Farmingdale, NY 11735 for scheduled shifts.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, load, and unload.
• Comfortable using GPS, route-planning tools, smartphones, delivery apps, and proof-of-delivery systems.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining professional customer service.
• Available for early starts, occasional weekends, or overtime as business needs require.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Effective English communication; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $24–$30/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Performance-based KPI incentive opportunity. Specific targets, evaluation criteria, review periods, and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
