Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Third-Party Cyber Risk Assurance activities.
  • Assist in reviewing third-party security documentation (SOC2 Type II, ISO, penetration tests).
  • Contribute to deploying and assessing BitSight across critical third parties.
  • Identify and pursue process, tool, and resource improvements.
  • Provide real-time risk insights and collaborate with stakeholders to inform decisions.

Individual Contributor roles may span a range of role sizes and complexities, from supporting defined activities and processes through to leading complex workstreams, providing specialist expertise, and influencing business outcomes. Depending on role complexity and level, Individual Contributors may be developing foundational expertise or applying deep specialist knowledge to deliver outcomes and support decision-making.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Supporting the management of the end-to-end Cyber Third-Party Assurance life-cycle process.
  • Assists in conducting Third-Party Cyber Risk Assurance assessments delivering outcomes that are secure by design and within Cyber Risk appetite.
  • Reviewing third-party security documentation (e.g., third-party questionnaires, SOC2 Type II reports, ISO certifications, penetration tests).
  • Proactively pursuing improvements in processes, tools, and resources.
  • Assist in the deployment and ongoing assessment of the BitSight tool across our Critical, High, and Medium rated Third Parties, providing real-time insights into their risk posture.

  • Professional knowledge and expertise may range from foundational to advanced across relevant methods, tools, processes, and practices, with the ability to apply and adapt them according to role complexity and business needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability may range from interpreting routine information and resolving straightforward issues to developing insights and solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Communication and collaboration skills appropriate to role size and scope, ranging from effective engagement with immediate colleagues and stakeholders to influencing senior stakeholders and providing specialist advice.
  • Ability to work independently while recognising when support, input, or escalation is required.
