Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking a detail-oriented Third-Party Compliance Coordinator to oversee the third-party lifecycle, manage requests in SmartBuy, Ariba, Oracle, IIQ, and GSM/TLM Helpdesk, and ensure accurate records across systems.

You will support onboarding of suppliers, resolve invoice issues, monitor workflows, and collaborate with TLM Operations, Sourcing, TRMs, and cross-functional teams to uphold policy timelines and controls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities throughout the third-party lifecycle.
• Submit and manage SmartBuy, Ariba, Oracle, IIQ, and GSM/TLM Helpdesk requests.
• Monitor purchase requisition approval workflows and provide PO information to TRMs.
• Support setup and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Research and help resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate third-party records across systems and repositories.
• Review reports and third-party data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
• Assist with documentation and preparation for TLM risk assessments.
• Coordinate with TLM Operations, Sourcing, TRMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Educate TRMs and CA&C colleagues on TLM requirements, processes, tools, and responsibilities.
