Job summary

Foley Power Solutions is seeking motivated ThinkBIG Intern Technicians to launch a career in diesel technology. This two-year program blends hands-on work with academic study, delivering an AAS degree and 2,000+ hours of paid experience.

You will rotate between ThinkBIG school and Foley locations, learn from experienced mentors, and receive tools, stipends, and scholarships as part of the program. Housing must be arranged near school and Foley site; program begins June 2027 with locations in OK,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Caterpillar systems.
• Dependability and punctuality in school and internship.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's safety culture in all activities.
• Work with mentors to learn shop procedures and system workings.
• Attend school and internship sessions, maintaining grades and program requirements.
• Complete and submit all assignments related to the internship.
• Occasionally travel to training or other Foley locations.
