Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with semiconductor process exposure.
• Experience with thin films processes (CVD/PVD) is a plus.
• Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustaining engineering support for thin films in a 24x7 high-volume fab.
• Set up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD areas.
• Collaborate with operators; deliver training and support as needed.
• Review defect maps and SPC charts; monitor tool logs and quality impact.
