Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is hiring for a Nights shift role in Beaverton, OR to sustain EPI and Implant modules in a semiconductor cleanroom. You will troubleshoot process issues, monitor SPC trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Technical degree (2-year or 4-year) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom.
  • Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC-based process trends.
  • Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency.
  • Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures.
  • Lead training and developing colleagues.
