Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Thinfilms Process Sustaining Engineering Technician (Nights) to support high-volume 24x7 manufacturing. You will monitor SPC processes, address tool faults, and ensure quality release of products.

Responsibilities include setting up deposition/sputtering recipes, collaborating with operators, reviewing defect maps and tool logs, and training staff as needed in a fast-paced clean-room environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or HS +3 years semiconductor process experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data mining and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a clean room and support urgent after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Thin films (CVD/PVD) process engineering support in 24x7 manufacturing environment.
• Set up deposition/sputtering recipes on tools in Metals or CVD area.
• Work with operators and provide training and support as needed.
• Review defect maps and SPC charts.
• Verify tool logs in all toolsets.
