Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of semiconductor processing experience in thin films.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work in a clean room for extended 12‑hour shifts in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be flexible for urgent technical support, occasionally off hours.

Responsibilities

  • Thin films process engineering support in a high‑volume 24x7 manufacturing environment.
  • Set up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in the metals or CVD area.
  • Work closely with operators and provide training and support when needed.
  • Review defect maps and SPC charts.
  • Verify tool logs across all toolsets.
