Qualifications

• Experience operating plastic molding equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Fast-paced production environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Start up machinery and validate machine set points.
• Operate and monitor extrusion blow mold, extrusion machines, and molding lines.
• Clean filters, perform minor maintenance, and manage purges to keep processes stable.
• Verify sleeves, boxes, labels, and raw materials by part number for every run.
• Run in-process inspections; record production and quality data and close the run.
• Troubleshoot line issues; escalate repairs to a supervisor; restart after maintenance.
