Job summary

Pretium Packaging is hiring for a plastic molding operator in Ohio. You will set up and operate plastic molding equipment per established procedures, monitor performance, and adjust in real time to maintain quality and throughput.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect finished parts, and coordinate with supervisors to replenish materials. This full-time direct-hire role offers competitive pay and a supportive, safety‑conscious team environment.

This position pays between $19.00 - $20.00 an hour

If dialing in a molding machine, chasing down a process variance, and turning out flawless parts sounds like a great day, Pretium Packaging would like to meet you. We have multiple openings for operators ready to own quality, uptime, and safety on our thermoplastics lines.

Imagine this scenario

A rush order drops. You quickly set up the plastic molding machine using standard procedures, verify materials, and bring the line to rate. Mid-run, you spot a cosmetic defect, adjust parameters, and perform a quick maintenance check. You pull samples, compare to drawings, document results, and coordinate with your supervisor to replenish resin before the next job. The shift ends with a spotless workstation—safe, organized, and ready for tomorrow.
