Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive production performance, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality plastics solutions. The role emphasizes process development, problem resolution, and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates bring five+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong APQP/PPAP knowledge, and a collaborative, data-driven mindset to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction on high-stakes programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in program management or manufacturing leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, thermoplastic materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes supporting production and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve escalated production issues and manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop direct reports; maintain manufacturing documentation (BOMs, ECOs, specs, reports).
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
