You will oversee processes, tooling, and production capabilities for both custom and proprietary products, while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executive leadership to achieve growth and operational excellence, with a strong focus on efficiency, budgeting, and strategic resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably in plastics or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
