Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Must read and follow manuals and procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime, including some weekends.
• Must pass safety tests and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machinery per procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and feed into machinery as specified.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Transfer samples to lab for evaluation and adjust batches if needed.
• Package finished pellets into containers or bags.
• Maintain logs and data entries for traceability.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work area.
