Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machinery to blend, mix, package, and transport materials according to procedures.
• Weigh ingredients to meet specifications and ensure correct delivery to machinery.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe and efficient operation; troubleshoot issues.
• Record data, maintain logs and procedures, and ensure data integrity.
• Possess ability to work overtime and rotate weekend shifts as required.
