Job summary

RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics. The position sets up and operates extrusion equipment to blend, mix, package and transport materials to produce customer products.

Work on the night shift Sunday through Thursday from 11pm to 7am, with training on the first shift for three weeks. The role supports safe, efficient production and collaborates with Supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery to mix, extrude, and discharge materials per SOPs.
• Weigh ingredients and feed materials into machinery to meet specifications.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Document logs, data reports, and procedures as required.
