Job summary

Genpak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Packing Operator to support thermoforming lines, working largely independently. You will pack products on all thermoforming machines, verify packaging materials against quality dockets, and communicate any quality or equipment issues to the packer and supervisor.

The role requires you to follow safety rules, perform end-of-shift tasks, and maintain clean packing areas. You should be able to stand most of the shift, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate basic

Qualifications

• Packaging/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pack on all thermoforming machines including auto packer.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Verify packaging material matches quality docket requirements.
• Communicate equipment or material issues to the supervisor.
• Perform end-of-shift duties (sweeping, cleaning packing table).
