Job summary

Genpak seeks a Thermoforming Operator to run six thermoformers, monitor heat readings, and perform quality checks. You will document inspections, maintain logs, and report issues to keep production running smoothly in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and accurate data collection on the shop floor, with training provided for machine start-up and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Read instrumentation gauges to record 'heat reading' on each machine.
• Perform quality checks (burning, cold cracking and registration) per roll.
• Ability to learn and operate all six Thermoformers within defined specification without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate six Thermoformers within defined specifications with minimal supervision.
• Identify and report heating/cooling issues and machine malfunctions.
• Complete required paperwork such as first piece inspection and production log.
