Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2027
Support production and continuous improvement initiatives within the Thermal Treat department.
Focus on monitoring process performance, tracking production delays, analyzing productivity, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Work directly with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement.
Internship Qualifications:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027semester
Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
Preferred majors: Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related
