The Summer 2027 internship starts 05/17/2027 with full-time responsibilities in maintenance, engineering, and reliability within a production environment. Housing options and wellness access are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
• Must be a full‑time student attending an accredited two‑year or four‑year college/university.
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.

Responsibilities

• Develop a practical understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, including drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation.
• Apply engineering problem solving to real equipment, maintenance, and reliability challenges in a production environment.
• Understand how maintenance and engineering decisions impact safety, cost, uptime, and production performance.
• Gain exposure to business and management fundamentals, including budgeting considerations, project planning, and resource prioritization.
• Learn how cross functional teams collaborate to achieve business goals.
• Build professional communication skills and confidence transitioning from academic theory to real world industrial and business applications.

Education

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

30+ credit hours completed by Spring 2027
