Job summary

CTS, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Thermal Spray Operator for 2nd or 3rd shifts to apply advanced coatings and protect critical components using Combustion, Plasma, HVOF, or Electric Arc spray systems; you will follow drawings to ensure precision.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED, U.S. Person status under ITAR/EAR, and the ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR and able to provide required documents.
• Pass a background check and a DOT drug screening.
• 18+ years of age; High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate and certify in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF, and/or Electric Arc spray systems.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform additional production tasks as needed.
