Job summary

Cincinnati Thermal Spray in Rocky Point, NC is seeking a Thermal Spray Operator for 2nd shift to apply coating materials to parts according to process plans and schedules. You will perform basic maintenance on spray equipment and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality coatings. Training will be provided; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience in manufacturing is a plus and must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing a plus. Training will be provided.
• Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Apply the required coating materials to parts in accordance with process planning.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on spray and material feed equipment.
• Follow work instructions from applicable process planning (technical plans, drawings, planning, or procedures).
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours.
