Job summary
A leading environmental services company is seeking a Thermal Processor Operator to handle operations and maintenance of specialized equipment. Candidates must have a technical AA degree or equivalent experience, and training will be provided. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing daily maintenance, and making necessary adjustments to systems. Relevant licenses and mechanical maintenance experience are preferred. Qualifications
- Must have a 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.
- Industrial work experience is required.
- 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller.
- Perform daily maintenance and equipment repair.
- Adjust Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System, and Moisture Control.
- Collect sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product.
- Monitor relevant systems including Oil/Water Separator and Air Chiller unit.
- Support site cleanup activities.
- Operate Boiler with Black Seal Training provided.
Skills
Mechanical maintenance Experience
N2 water Treatment License
Black Seal Boiler operations license
Class B CDL license
Education
2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience
