Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident required for ITAR compliance.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage systematic and timely maintenance throughout the plant.
• Supervise maintenance department employees.
• Perform preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.

Skills

Ability to supervise maintenance staff

Welding and electrical experience

Knowledge of hydraulics and furnaces

Ability to read blueprints

Forklift operation certification

Education

College or technical degree in maintenance

High school diploma + 5 years industrial maintenance experience
