Job summary

A leading environmental services company is seeking a Thermal Processor Operator to handle operations and maintenance of specialized equipment. Candidates must have a technical AA degree or equivalent experience, and training will be provided. Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing daily maintenance, and making necessary adjustments to systems. Relevant licenses and mechanical maintenance experience are preferred. Qualifications

• Must have a 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.
• Industrial work experience is required.
• 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller.
• Perform daily maintenance and equipment repair.
• Adjust Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System, and Moisture Control.
• Collect sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product.
• Monitor relevant systems including Oil/Water Separator and Air Chiller unit.
• Support site cleanup activities.
• Operate Boiler with Black Seal Training provided.
• Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator
• Site cleanup and support
• Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided.

The Thermal Processor Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include:

• Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller. Training will be provided.
• Daily maintenance.
• Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided.
• Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System (VRS) and Moisture Control adjustments
• Instrumentation maintenance. Technical support will be provided.
• Sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product
• Monitor Oil/Water Separator (OWS), VRS, Air Chiller unit, Carbon Packs
• Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator
• Site cleanup and support
• Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided.
