Job summary

Triumph Processing Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the complete maintenance of all equipment and the implementation of new equipment across the plant.

Key duties include troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and maintaining steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems. The role requires adherence to safety rules and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional standing and walking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years facility maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, support and repair production equipment.
• Select materials, parts, and tools for repair and installation.
• Install, inspect, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical systems.
• Coordinate scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Inspect and maintain steam, heating, cooling and water treatment systems.
• Document activities according to company guidelines.
• Design and implement installation of new equipment and tools.
• Comply with all safety rules and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
