Job summary

O'Neal Steel in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Machine Operator (thermal) to set up and operate thermal processing equipment such as plasma and lasers. You will read blueprints, interpret work instructions, and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality output.

The role requires reading blueprints, following safety guidelines, and the ability to work 6am–2pm on weekdays, with overtime as needed. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including health, dental, 401k, and training

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometer).
• Ability to set up and operate thermal processing equipment.
• Able to work 1st shift, 6am–2pm, with overtime as needed.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities
