O'Neal Steel in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Machine Operator (thermal) to set up and run thermal processing equipment (plasmas, lasers) in a fast-paced metal-services environment. You will read blueprints, interpret work instructions, and adjust machine settings to meet specifications for accurate, timely output.

This role requires operating material handling equipment, following safety rules, and collaborating with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate thermal processing equipment including plasmas and lasers.
• Ability to read simple blueprints.
• Ability to read measuring tools (tape, calipers, micrometer).
• Commitment to safety and quality.
