Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design for electronic packaging or thermal management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) for 3D modeling and drawings.
• Experience with thermal simulation tools (ANSYS, FloTHERM) and FEA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical packaging solutions for electronic systems and components.
• Perform thermal simulations and analyses to optimize thermal performance.
• Prototype, test, and validate packaging designs with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing for prototyping and production readiness.
• Prepare technical documentation and present analysis results to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for design improvements.
