Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead thermal generation projects in Texas and the Southwest U.S. The role involves managing multi-discipline teams and ensuring client satisfaction while supporting energy transition projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in power generation projects and will be instrumental in aligning project execution with client objectives. This position is based in Fort Worth with opportunities to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in power generation projects.
• At least 5 years in business development or as a 'seller-doer'.
• Strong ability to travel and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project teams in Energy projects.
• Manage and coordinate client relationships.
• Support mentorship and development of junior staff.
