Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for its Energy & Resources team to lead multi‑discipline projects across North America. You will oversee owner’s engineer and detailed design phases for simple cycle, combined cycle, and repowering efforts, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role emphasizes seller‑doer responsibilities, client alignment, and development of business opportunities while mentoring junior staff and advancing energy transition objectives.

Qualifications

• Engineering design and construction experience on power plant projects.
• Expertise in project management including leadership, scheduling, controls and reporting.
• Experience in EPC/DBB/ECI delivery methods.
• Business development, proposal and budget development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management expertise and lead multi-discipline teams.
• Coordinate with leadership and inter-disciplinary teams to align execution.
• Support client satisfaction and risk management across projects.
• Lead proposals and mentor junior staff.
