Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD preferred in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with data center hardware, AI accelerators, or high‑performance computing is desirable.
• Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, fluid dynamics and electronics cooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop thermal solutions for data center GPU and AI accelerator products.
• Collaborate with silicon, board, power, validation and platform teams to deliver thermal‑mechanical solutions.
• Perform thermal validation planning, lab testing, data collection and analysis.
• Contribute to thermal modeling and simulation to support product development.
• Advance cooling technologies aligned with AMD's future roadmap.
• Support product development from concept to mass production.
