Job summary

Graphcore is opening a new AI Engineering Campus in Austin, TX, seeking a senior thermal engineer to lead DLC liquid cooling design for high-performance AI data center hardware.

You will own the overall thermal solution, create specs, review design, and lead testing/validation while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external ODMs to meet performance, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of server thermal design experience.
• Experience with DLC and cold plate cooling heatsink technology and system-level control logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate DLC liquid cooling solutions.
• Collaborate with ODM vendors to manage thermal specifications and schedules.
• Direct ODMs and suppliers to ensure product meets specs, cost and quality goals.
