You will drive standardization and performance of control systems across data-center cooling projects, collaborating with engineering, commissioning, and field teams to deliver scalable, high-efficiency thermal solutions.

This role partners with regional manufacturing and customer-site deployments. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HVAC controls with PLC experience, plus strong BACnet/Modbus/TCP/IP

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HVAC controls or mission-critical infrastructure.
• 5+ years hands-on with PLCs and industrial controls.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of control systems for cooling solutions in data centers.
• Execute standardized control architectures and alarm strategies.
• Oversee PLC programming and network integration (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP).
• Lead commissioning and customer handover; ensure design intent and performance.
• Support integration with customer BMS/DCIM platforms.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and field teams across regions.
