Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a System Specialist in Ohio to provide leadership for high-profile orders and on-site start-up, commissioning and testing of precision cooling products. You will maintain rapport with customers, co-workers and sales reps, and communicate with CRC and district offices.

The role requires extensive experience, ability to lead others without supervision, and strong technical and safety discipline. Travel is required; a valid driver's license and passport may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience and leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and direct others with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and accomplish work goals with extensive experience and judgment.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities for assigned projects.
• Provide on-site and phone technical support and daily status reports.
• Provide Time and Material quotes and assist with scheduling.
