The Therapy Technician supports Therapists and Therapist Assistants in delivering therapeutic healthcare services and assists with clinical responsibilities.
This is a part-time role with varied shifts; clinic hours are 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required to meet clinic demands at Eden Prairie, Chaska, and Waconia.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in non-billable patient services by guiding patients through pre-therapy exercises and bringing appropriate patients back for treatment.
- Under supervision, guide patients through education and interventions provided by Therapists.
- Help organize and prepare literature for exercises, therapy, and sports programs; assist in program development.
- Collaborate with sports medicine teams for programs involving golf, dance, throwing, etc.
- Assist in scheduling and training for the Volunteer Tech program.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of exam rooms, gyms, and therapy spaces.
- Lead or assist with group and individual fitness classes if qualified.
- Properly lift and set up weights and equipment for fitness and sports training.
- Support check-in procedures for fitness classes and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Transport patients within the clinic as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including site-specific responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Preference for applicants pursuing or enrolled in Physical or Occupational Therapy graduate programs or Master's in Athletic Training.
- Minimum of 100 hours of related experience.
