Job Description

The Therapy Technician supports Therapists and Therapist Assistants in delivering therapeutic healthcare services to patients and assists with clinical responsibilities. This part-time (0.625) position works Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, based at our Edina Crosstown location.

Essential Functions

• Assist in non-billable patient services by guiding patients through pre-therapy exercises and educational interventions under supervision.
• Organize and prepare literature for exercises, therapy, and sports programs; contribute to program development.
• Coordinate schedules for volunteer programs, and assist with sports medicine and fitness classes, including setup and equipment management.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of exam rooms, gym, and therapy spaces; assist with patient transport within the clinic.
• Perform additional site-specific duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates applying to or pursuing graduate studies in Physical or Occupational Therapy, or a Master's in Athletic Training.
• Minimum of 100 hours of related experience.
